About the Role
The Lead Sales Executive is responsible for achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals for our operators nationwide, by developing and executing a sales strategy that is aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
Develop and execute a Sales Strategy that is aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
Develop and execute a Marketing Strategy to support the sales strategy.
Develop an annual plan that includes goals, objectives, strategies and tactics in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
Manage key relationships with current customers to maintain profitable growth.
Manage key relationships with new prospects to build pipeline of new customers.
Support marketing campaigns by creating promotional materials such as flyers, email campaigns or advertising.
Actively participate in trade shows, conferences or other events to generate leads for new prospects.
Negotiable based on experience, to include a base salary and a generous commission structure.
Location: Hybrid position.
The ideal candidate will reside in Central FL to attend our offices at the Orlando Executive Airport, however this can be a fully remote position for the right hire.
A passion for sales & building meaningful, long lasting relationships.
A self starter that can work well alone or part of a team.
Ability to travel domestically & internationally as needed for trade shows.
Although we hire for personality and train for on the job skills, we prefer:
Experience working as a crew scheduler, charter sales or aircraft dispatcher.
A background in corporate aviation.
